placing ourselves in between freelancer and company, they’re sure they’re going about things the right way. Youssef Afkir is the founder of addon. Youssef is a champion for starters as he himself began his career working at a service desk. When he got a job as a recruiter, he turned out to be a born natural and steadily gained more responsibilities. Through hard work and self-education, he ultimately became the founder and managing partner of his own company, addon. ‘Believe to achieve’, is his motto, and his goal is to make sure freelancers feel the same way. By adding a truly personal touch to recruiting freelancers, Youssef makes a difference.
