Your challenge is to:
- deliver interactive flows that are part of the Minimum Viable Product,
- deliver wireframes (low or high fidelity) with their expected functionalities,
- ensure validation and optimisation of designed interactions with end users (in close cooperation with our user researchers),
- coordinate and account for all graphic design,
- oversee ultimate deliverables, in accordance with initially designed interactions and screens,
- motivate design choices (both on projects and milestone meetings),
- think solution–oriented and always keep the needs and wishes of end users in mind,
- think mobile–first for every solution and consider different breakpoints and devices,
- make sure our sites and channels are consistent in style, elements, behaviours and interactions. You follow up on them and tweak where necessary,
- keep the documentation in our style guides up to date, and make sure correct usage of the components is safeguarded,
- advise our colleagues, like copywriters and journey managers, and provide them with all necessary briefings and guidelines.
You are:
- someone who has experience in the banking domain or in the world/needs of (large) companies; experience with bancassurance financial needs in not a must but an asset,
- someone with excellent communication and presentation skills,
- someone who knows all about tools like Axure and Adobe CC.
