Functional Analyst
For our client with a project at the Flemish Government, addon’s on the lookout for an experienced Functional Analyst, with Scrum Master experience. Our client deploys a few agile teams, consisting of functional and technical Analysts, Java developers, and testers within the domain of the VSB (Vlaamse Sociale Bescherming). We’re searching for a Scrum Master / Functional Analyst to strengthen one of those agile teams. Could you be the one we’re looking for? Do you think you’ve got what it takes? Let’s see!

Your challenge is to:
- be responsible for the team,
- take on the role of Scrum Master,
- be a parttime Analyst,
- conduct functional analysis,
- format functional analytical documents.
You are:
- someone who enjoys organising Scrum rituals,
- someone who can take a leading role,
- someone who wants to facilitate and proactively query a team,
- someone who likes open and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders,
- good at reporting, following up on budgets, conducting sprints, steering meetings, formatting analytical documents, and continuously improving operations.
