Scrum Master
For one of our clients with a project at the Flemish Government, we at addon are looking for an experienced Scrum Master! As such, you lead a development team of about ten people (analysts, developers and testers) and act as a bridge between the Product Owner and the development team. Your challenge is to:
- keep a clear overview of all tasks for yourself and the Product Owner in Jira and Confluence,
- motivate the team and follow up on their tasks in Jira and Confluence in order to keep things up to date,
- ensure that the development team respects the develop– and release process,
- organise and lead the necessary scrum ceremonies,
- organise preparatory consultation with product owners in function of the substantive interpretation,
- oversee the priorities of requirements and check those with product owners and stakeholders,
- organise stakeholder meetings in various phases of the development,
- report back both written and orally on partial orders to all relevant and involved stakeholders,
- proactively manage the interface between business and IT,
- facilitate the coordination between external and internal actors from the respective processes,
- take on an active role when defining and realising new or adapted partial orders.
You are:
- someone who can effectively and efficiently handle issues and possible escalations,
- someone with the necessary and relevant knowledge and expertise, and who can transfer that knowledge and expertise, when need be,
- someone who makes sure the customer is always informed and able to rerun partial orders independently.
